The City of Ann Arbor has introduced the new "A2 Fix It" system, which allows residents to easily report and address issues in our community. The user-friendly app makes it quick and convenient to notify City Hall of problems such as potholes or tree branches. With this app, users can track their own service requests as well as others', and they will be notified once the issues have been resolved. The GPS feature automatically detects your location, and the app provides an intuitive menu with a wide range of common issues to report. These include missed cart pickups, dark street lights, sidewalk hazards, clogged storm drains, graffiti, and much more.
